Processing and Shipping Time
Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
After shipment, delivery time depends on the shipping method you select at checkout. Delivery times are for reference only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs and Estimated Delivery Time
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping within Mexico (Mexico Only)
The BLACKLINK Official Store currently only ships within Mexico.
Orders under 600 MXN
Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): 69 MXN
Fast Shipping (1-3 business days): 89 MXN
Orders 600 MXN and above
(After discount, before tax)
Free Fast Shipping (1-3 business days) will be automatically applied at checkout.
If you choose courier service, you will be charged the full courier fee. Delivery time is an estimated time and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, peak season, or other unforeseen circumstances.
BLACKLINK Official Store reserves the right to modify shipping fees or terminate free shipping promotions at any time without notice.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email after your order ships.
Please wait up to 24 hours for the carrier's system to update the tracking information.
Please note:
Delivery to P.O. Boxes and military addresses is subject to carrier [Imile] restrictions and postal regulations.
Some liquids or chemicals may be restricted according to carrier [Imile] or postal service guidelines.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.
If a package is returned due to carrier restrictions, incomplete address, or undeliverable condition, reshipment may incur additional shipping costs.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit, shows as delivered but you haven't received it, or arrives damaged, please contact M.S.Manager.blacklinkcarcare.com so we can initiate an investigation and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including providing a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
In this case, the customer may need to file a claim directly with the carrier [Imile]. The carrier [Imile's] investigation may take several business days, and in some cases, even weeks, to complete, depending on the carrier and the type of claim.
Once the carrier [Imile] marks the package as delivered to the address you provided at checkout, the BLACKLINK official store is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
We will process each case individually, and this may depend on the carrier [Imile] investigation results.
Order Modifications, Cancellations, and Address Changes
Once an order is submitted, we cannot guarantee that it can be modified, cancelled, or the address changed.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot make any changes.
